The EMC is seeking to appoint external auditors in line with its mandate of having clean and transparent audit processes to strengthen its partners’ confidence in the Cluster’s ability to manage its funds appropriately. The role of the external auditors is to form part of the Audit Committee and conduct annual audits of the Cluster’s Annual Financial Statements.
